New Module Published! — Africans and the African Diaspora in World War I

We are happy to announce the publication of yet another History for the 21^st Century module! Our newest module is Africans and the African Diaspora in World War I, submitted by Wendy Urban-Mead at Bard College. That lesson begins with a standard narrative of the Great War, but then asks how we understand it differently, including its global relevance, when we center the experiences of Black Africans and African Americans.
